THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED AND HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY

Ordered Mince Pies, system took the order, fine can see pending bank transaction but no order acknowledgement?

We have no record of your order at all.
How has the transaction gone through?
NO ANSWER TO THIS!!

I then go back online, the price has gone up and they are out of stock.

No way to treat a customer

A dismal response and still have not explained the request on my bank which I have evidence of and have emailed to them! Essentially now accusing me of lying! A quick look at their bank transactions would say they have committed fraud.

Insulting.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had and, if there’s a problem, they don’t want to know. No care for customers, no professionalism, no attempt to put things right, not even a decent apology. Don’t waste your time. You’re better off going elsewhere.

I ordered a bottle of Rojas Enigma and when it arrived I opened the fragrance box and inside was a bundle of metal bolts wrapped in tape. There was no bottle of parfum. Someone had stolen it and replaced it with weighted hardware bolts.

I contacted customer support and sent photos of everything. I haven't heard back. $375 wasted. How can this be legal? Please send me what I paid for.

Vilma

Would like to thank Vilma for her help. I went to buy a birthday cake and chocolates. After a while I was getting really hot and didn't feel great. Vilma helped me even carry my bags.and then made sure I was ok. She made sure I knew how to get to the exit as well as I was not sure where I was going. Great customer service

I used to be a regular customer for the…

I used to be a regular customer for the wide range of goods available. No problems if all works well but… a NIGHTMARE if the item that you purchased- still on warranty- needs to be returned to the shop because is not working properly and you ask for a replacement.
My experience is months of uncountable calls, mails, Twitter asks for help without anyone answering or resolving the issue. The few times that I was able to contact with a person- the same mantra, they are waiting for the answer of the fabricant.
I was really disappointed. If the item is covered by the warranty it takes 3 months to contact a supplier?. Frustrating and a bad policy, in my opinion, if you want to maintain your reputation.
At the moment I still have no news, no solution and the item retained by them.
A few years ago I bough a white dress from Carolina Herrera and in the fitting room I discovered a big stain on it. Luckily they replace it for another in good condition, but I can’t imagine the ordeal if I didn’t notice on the first one as im not local to Harrods and I needed it for a party.

Terrible customer service

Ordered some Burberry sliders and other items from another retailer, delivered after a delay by DHL who were not allowed to leave without signature (we haven’t agreed to a safe place) Parcels were stolen from the door, crime reference and cctv footage of theft provided. DHL say go back to the retailers, other retailer refunded immediately after seeing what happened, Harrods could not be less interested in helping if they tried. Called customer services who were rude and essentially told us that it’s not their problem! Now 3 weeks later….Lovely service from a once excellent retailer….

Absolutely SHOCKING Customer Service…

Absolutely shocking Customer Service from Harrods! Avoid this ONCE prestigious store.

I ordered a very expensive ceramic vase, which arrived smashed. Provided photos as adivsed. Then nothing. Chased a couple of days later to be told that refund to be issued but just needs authorisation dut to value of the item. Recieved nothing and it is three days since then,

This is absolutely appalling customer service and you should shop elsewhere.

Never shopping at Harrods again

I received two damaged handbags from Harrods and because I noticed the damage after the return window closed they are doing absolutely nothing to help. I contacted customer service and they became unresponsive. Both bags have manufacturing defects and were clearly not inspected by any kind of quality control. Now I'm out almost $1500 and this "luxury" store is ignoring me and not even offering to repair the flawed merchandise they sold me. I will never purchase anything from Harrods again.
